Conveyance in simple term is transferring the title of a land and constructed building by the developer and owner of the property in the name of the co-operative housing society

What is the time frame that a developer / owner of the land and building should provide conveyance?

As per the MOF Rule number 9, it is mandatory to provide conveyance within 4 months of the registration of the society

What if the builder doesn’t give conveyance or doesn’t comply with the law?

–          Builder / developer / owner can be sued under the MOF Act –          If the developer / owner is guilt-ridden , the criminal court can be punished
