respected sir, i am new for above communication. i have two question regarding bank guarantee for redevelopment. i am staying at shri sai chhatra c h s l,r c patel road, sodawala lane,borivli [w],mumbai 92.
our plot area is 420 sq mtr, total flat owner are 13,total area used is 4200 sq ft carpet, building is gr+3 floor,expected building is 7 floor, redevlopment offer is 350/- corpus fund, average 40% extra,50/- per sq ft rent,10000/- shifting charges. parking 100% in favor of society,no commercial. question are as follows :
1. how to calculate bank guarantee? base of calculation.
2. amount of bank guarantee for above project.
please share above information if possible
